Hi Gordon!

Yup - it's actually almost identical to the Navy RAX-1 receiver tube 
pullers - I stashed a picture at 
http://members.cox.net/aaf-radio-4/ARC_Tool_Set.jpg.  The problem with 
them is that they tend to scratch the black paint on the metal tubes, 
and are slippery as all getout.  A dip in liquid tool handle rubber is 
all they really need, but I'm hesitant to do that to an original A.R.C. 
tool...  :-)

This isn't hard to make, to be truthful.  A few minutes spent with a 
hacksaw, file, and a 6" hunk of thin wall pipe of roughly the same ID of 
the metal tubes would make a reasonable substitute.  A little tool 
handle rubber and you're all set.  I just haven't found the round tuit 
that's also required for fabrication yet.
