#3-48 UNC Binding Head Machine Screw.  Length of 3/16" will work most places. 
 Some of the originals may have been 7/32 but you aren't likely to find those 
and 1/4" is a little long for some positions.  Finding them in Black Oxide 
will be the trick.  EPA and OSHA have driven most people out of that business.
