You just have to look for them.  Check eBay.  Post notes to all of the 
(appropriate) email lists you're a member of, etc.  Be sure you know what the two 
variants (PL-P103 straight and PL-Q103 right angle) look like so that (a) you 
can spot one at a flea and (b) you don't buy a standard Jones connector by 
mistake.

The shock mount/rack is FT-154.  NOSB they do not include the connector, 
which was requisitioned separately because of the two options.  But used racks 
often do.  They turn up every now and again in all the usual places.

I don't have any racks or connectors at present.  Maybe some other list 
member does and just hasn't gotten around to mentioning it.
