Do you know of any operations below 2 MC with ships from
smaller nations, like Mexico or Columbia?
I wrote a piece awhile back about how the navies of
many nations used the 1920s naval radio agreement
freqs below 2 MC for their naval communications-
even to aircraft. Our aircraft would need
tactical low frequency to coordinate with them
during joint maneuvers,
which might be an explanation for
the ARC-5 MF rigs (T-15 to T-17).
Do you have any insight into this?
