[ARC5] RAT-1 Contract information

Hello.


             If someone is still collecting contract numbers and dates 
from pieces of equipment, I have
             a data point that is new to me. I picked up a hacked bc-946 
at the Gray's Lake hamfest on
             Sunday. I grabbed it because it had what I thought was a 
ft-260 local adapter in the front.
             Didn't look at it too closely, so when I got home and 
pulled the unit out (no screws), I saw
             that it wasn't the Army unit, but instead the adapter for a 
RAT-1. The unit is stamped:


                SWITCH PANEL

                 TYPE CBY-23154

                      WEIGHT .3 lbs

CONTRACT NOs-67258                DATE 24 JUNE 1939


The serial number space on the top is blank, on the the front of the 
unit is a plate that states
the serial number is 14



Anyway, I would place my chances at ever finding a RAT rx to plug this 
into some where between
slim and nil. So if a RAT collector out there is interested, I'm open to
