Kevin,
Bob Keys wrote a program to create a new calibration book. As I remember,
you enter the check points and it cranks out the needed pages and pages of
data. I have a copy of it here and will email it separately to anyone who
wants to try it out. I think it prints on normal paper - you don't get a
book the size of the originals.
I have copied Bob on this message - let's see if he replies. My guess is
that he has not changed the thing since it was done some years ago.

The reflector will not forward any attachments. Look on BAMA.
It has a manual for the BC211-M.
