The general purpose pliers are about 9" long and the three most common wire
sizes are .020, .032, and .040. Those three wire sizes will cover about 95%
of what you need. Wiring Cannon plugs, coax connectors, etc. usually takes
the .020 and rack mounts or retainers use .032. The .040 is for big stuff.
