Yup.  The 6165 is the first IFT and 6169 is the second IFT for both the 
13.5-20MHz and 20-27MHz RAT and RAV receivers.  There's a photo of a RAT 
set at http://members.cox.net/aafradio/flight%20deck/RAT.htm.  So far in 
my yearly data calls for owners of these sets, I haven't received any 
news of parts sets which might need these IFTs, but you never know.
