[ARC5] Chirp in Command Set transmitters.

Dave Stinson, thanks a lot for your very useful comments on powering and
keying command transmitters
in ways to avoid chirp.  I'm printing it our for future reference.

By chance last night I was going through a 1954 ARRL "Hints and Kinks" book
and came across a "hint" for eliminating chirp in command transmitters.
This guy says his was caused by RF getting on the heater wiring and that
shielding and bypassing that wiring and adding a ground strap across the
chassis solved his chirp problem and that of others he told this to.

Wonder if you have heard of this or have any experience of it.
