Allen Bradley Type J, which uses a molded carbon composition material 
that has significantly lower wiper noise characteristics than other 
carbon pots of the era.  Amazingly enough, Ohmite is still making these 
pots - see

They call the original configuration Type "AB" in honor of their 
parentage, I suppose.
