[ARC5] ART-13 help

	I'm going to assume that this is an appropriate subject for
	this list, now that I got my subscription straightened out.

	I got my ART-13 up and working, and even though the power supply
	is a little "lite" (950v on the final, 400 on everything else),
	Im getting about 65 watts of nicely modulated rf out on 75 meters.
	But, I cannot get usable grid drive above 6Mc. I suspect it's the
	second frequency multiplier in trouble. I've changed the tube with
	out change in results. Has anyone ever taken the freq multiplier out
	of one of these rigs and repaired it ? The was some words about the
	cap that couples the first and second multipliers some time back in
	ER and the author fixed it by applying a voltage overnight ?
	This is a tough spot in the radio to even look at the caps, let
	alone remove some of them.
