David,
 I have attended both the MRCA and the MRCG meetings.  The meetings are
supported by local members plus a few that travel from out of state or
out of the country.  I would like to see an agenda that includes:

History
Technical Fix-It Tips
Market Discussion
Flea Market Sales
Bar-B-Q

I would vote for San Antonio or Houston
