[ARC5] Satin finishing aluminum

Some alloys don't polish very well, Ken. If it has been anodized, you
can't polish it until you break through the hard anodize layer. At any
rate, I use a buffing wheel when I can, along with a white rouge made
for aluminum. Plain sheet aluminum responds beautifully to a product
called met-all aluminum polish, which many in the aircraft community use
- corn starch is an effective diluent to make it go further. Generally
less than $10 a can.

Best wishes,
Mike
