Anyone want to bring a T-21/ARC-5 (5.3-7mc) transmitter back to life?

It is missing tubes, and the entire top cover. However the chassis
has no mechanical cuts or extra holes, all the components (including both relays)
are there, and the large majority of the wiring is present. The lacing has
been cut and the wiring pulled apart, and there are a couple of wiring mods, but
for the most part the wiring is intact. You will have some circuit tracing to do,
some connections to relocate and some pushing of wires back into place, 
but I don't see any reason why it couldn't be put back on the air. 
It is in way too good shape to consider parting it out. 

The paint is in good shape, just the usual scuffs and scrapes around the
edges and corners.
