[ARC5] DC-DC P/s.

Hi All,
A friend has purchased a PP-2792/ARN-30D from Fair Radio which when it
arrived he found it doesn't work and has asked me to repair it. Is anyone
familiar with these DC-DC converters built by ARC?. I have found both the
transistors have collector/emitter. they are TO 68 style PnP and I would
think Germanium they have the part # 20454 which may be a ARC "in-house"
number. I remember we used a lot of this style of transistor in IBM many
years ago. Does anyone know the commercial type and/or a source of
replacement types.
