[ARC5] Power supply suggestions

I'd like to hear more about this. I was under the impression that
switching supplies were noisey as in RF noisey? I've still never been
able to find out how much or even if noise is introduced by the
dynamotors, so maybe I shouldn't sweat it.

Somewhere I read that it's possible to run the 28v equipment off 12v by
swapping the dynamotors and changing out the 12v tubes to 6v versions.
This just sounds way too simple though, I'm guessing there's more to it?

I'm getting close to light-off day myself, so you can bet I'll be paying
close attention.
