[ARC5] BC Band ARC-5 receivers...

  I have two BC Band receivers.  The ARA version was bought privately for
$40.  The SCR-274 version I purchased on E-Bay for $73 plus postage.  I
have seen them available at Ham Fests for $50.  Mike Hanz has told me that
on E-bay $200 may be the final price.
