Nice.  When I bought that land we have now, the idea was to do a 3, 10, 
and 30m compliance site, but life got in the way.  We have just under 10 
acres, and very little around us.  Although a radiated emissions test 
facility would have brought in some money at a time, a lot of people 
started moving to personal TEM cells.  I recall when a group of us got 
laid off from a telecommunications company, a co-worker approached me 
about building TEM cells, said it was the next big thing.  That didn't 
happen either.  Lesson learned.  Twenty years later, and really just 
wanting to play with antennas (and kids moved out), a lot of ideas are 
really starting to come together, so I think it's time to start focusing 
on playing.
