[Antennas] CB vertical GP to Ham use

I had one of those and it worked great on 10M,
you wont need to add any length, I think the capacitance hat
electrically shortens the antenna, All I did was take my MFJ antenna
analyzer to the roof, loosen the top section and slid it down a bit
till the SWR sweet spot was where I wanted it, then I just tightened
the clamp and had fun. easy peasy
