[Antennas] CB vertical GP to Ham use

The vertical portion of this thing is a little over 16Ft and the radials 
are 8 ft in length.  Doesn't look like there is much extra to work with 
on those 3 items.

To shorten the vertical portion down to 1/4 length of 8.153 ft would be 
a challenge due to the telescoping nature of the 4 ft sections used to 
make up the entire vertical length, which has a 3 wire top hat on the 
end of it.  I can more than likely make a 1/2 wave vertical section 
which would be 17 ft 2 inchs for 10 FM without any problem.  I'd like to 
go to 5/8 wave for 10 FM which would be 20.61 ft but that would take 
about 3 more ft of tubing which i don't have and could be difficult to 
come up with due to the telescoping nature of the existing stuff, 
swagged end and all.

guess i'll put it together and see how far each way it will go.
