I don't think very many antennas generate noise* (or RF) I think
the ability to pickup noise varies between designs and implementations.
I think loops in general have no very high impedance area as Verticals
and dipoles have, I think such high impedance areas capacitivly pick up
existing nearby noise.
* save wind, rain and snow noise
