[Antennas] Tennadyne/Cubex ??????????????????????????

Maybe he is sick or on vacation.  Have you checked for silent keys listings?

I can't imagine a lot of customer support required for antennas but if you don't like the service buy somewhwre else, don't malign someone when you don't know what his situation is.
