[Antennas] Dipole Height

I think I'll use 150 Ft of Ladder line with a tuner in the shack instead 
of using the high quality Heliax. That way I'll be able to use the 
antenna on 40M, 30, 17, 15, 12 and 10M bands!  And have low feedline 
loss on all of these bands.
