The loss of 90 feet of RG8 coax at 7 MHz is less than 1 dB.
As the owner of a 106 foot crank up tower with a 40 meter
yagi on top, I can tell you that the difference between 7 foot
height and 90 foot height is HUGE. Much more than any
coax loss. The 7 foot high dipole will make a nice NVIS antenna
for locals.
