[Antennas] AM Broadcast RX Antenna?

Generally speaking, how would I make an old 1/4 wave whip for CB, 102" in
length, be resonant for the best possible reception of 660 KHz.  I imagine I
would need to add some inductance at the base, probably some capacitance as
well, what would be the best configuration for this?  Has anyone done this?
Any sites or other ideas to suggest for designing the network?

On the other hand...  Would such an arrangement be so narrow in frequency to 
most likely prevent reception of other AM broadcast frequencies?
