Jackite Black Fiberglass Pole  collapsable...several sizes availible ...not expensive....  2 day shipping Amazon
gives you option for inverted VEE, Delta loop, etc center support

bunch of  wire. 

couple PL259
coax ...length as needed

several 6 inch pieces PVC with holes at each end for wire (center and ends or wires)

Walmart 300 ft or more nylon twine
some nylon wire ties

could use 2 metal tape measures.... one for each leg of inverted vee

Google  K2KQ antenna...interesting plans for 80 mtrs can be scaled down
