[Antennas] Sommer help question again...

Sorry to bother everyone.
I lost the manual for the Sommer yagi in a flood a while back.
So I'm working from memory.

First question, does anyone know how to test that device that the coax 
connects to?
It's a pvc device, that has two leads that you connect the shield and 
braid to.
Then it has two leads that connect to the antenna element connector.

It's the only thing I can't check.
I've tested the coax from the shack,
I've checked all bolts and metal connections.

But without a manual I'm a little in the dark.

I've searched the web to no luck.
