[Antennas] Omnidirectional Satellite Antenna

I am looking for recommendations for the above antenna.  This antenna will be primarily used for satellite but will perform as a backup antenna for local repeater use.  I will be 
constructing this antenna myself so please provide assembly advice as 
well as exhibited performance.  I am providing a short list of possible 
projects.

Has one of these antennas worked well for you?  How difficult was the construction of this antenna (readily available tools, difficulty in constructing jig for bending, etc.). Thanks for your suggestions.
