[Antennas] NZNEC model of a C-Pole vs a vertical dipole?

Has anyone done a NZNEC model of a C-Pole ( a vertically oriented off 
center fed folded dipole and see

Also, what does NZNEC say if the width of a C-Pole is squeezed down to 
about an inch (the width of 450 ohm window line)?
