[Antennas] South African moble HF antennas

I am trying to remember the brand name of South African HF/VHF moble  
antennas.  I don't recall where I read the article, QST, possibly this  
list or the web.  I remember the article talking about how heavy duty  
they were and wondering if they would ever be sold stateside.

Anyone with suggestions on a URL to the article or the antennas web site?
