They belong to an AM broadcast station, WPAT, Paterson, NJ, 930 kHz.
I drove past them not three days ago.  One of my favorite examples of
capacity hats.  The hats make the towers electrically long enough to
be suitable for 930 kHz.

In this Google Maps view you can even see the hexagonal rings that
make up the capacity hats, around the tops of each tower.

The connections between the rings (hats) and the towers are faint but visible.
