[Antennas] Tower As An Antenna

I know there is a need to, but i can not for the life of me remember how 
to do it.

Like when you are gonna shunt feed a tower to use as an antenna like on 
the lower bands like 40 meters and below.  The feeding I got down.  but 
how do you I think the term is "Decouple"  the wiring that is on the tower?

Like coaxes feeding tribanders,  rotor wires, etc. How to keep them from 
being a part of the tower antenna?
