[Antennas] need help finding a premade antenna

A elderly non online friend (read stubborn) said he saw an add for a 160 
inverted L antenna.
The precut wire had a 1to1 balun preattached to the bottom of the 
vertical portion.
This balun had a coax connector and the other side of the balun was to 
be attached to a ground rod and the radials.

I've done a computer search but couldn't find the exact antenna picture 
he described.

Anybody have a clue.

I offered to just wind 18' feet of coax on a tube and measure/cut the 
wire but he didn't want to bother me doing that.

If no one can  come up with this pre-made antenna, I'm going to make one 
for him.
