Working on an antenna for use in the 160m contest in Dec.. Have a 140ft
water tower I can mount off of.want to do two slopers for 160 tied together
at the top and the bottoms are spaced where they are 90deg to each other and
45 or so degrees (fanned off the top connection).Anyone who has Enzec, would
you please model this and let me know what the Z would be?? I am looking at
50-75ohm feed.I thought about a full size dipole or inverted V but the
mounting would be an issue.there is a walkway around the tank at 120ft (it's
a regular water tower with 6 legs).so I have the legs and the tank to worry
about IF I went with a "normal" antenna..yet a sloper using the water tower
as the ground and support would be extremely easy.and I have two directions
that would work.directly east and directly north from the tower.soooo I
wonder what lengths would the legs need to be to have a decent match at the
feedpoint??

Thanks

Chris
