[Antennas] How To Mount Antenna On Honda Ridge Line

The original question was posed with regard to a Honda Ridgeline.

This a 4 door, 4WD, pickup.

There are only two solutions that I see.

1)  Drill hole and mount in roof.  (This has been ruled out by the XYL 
in the original post.)

2)  Add a toolbox to the bed.  Mount with a hole in the top of toolbox.

My instance is a Honda CRV.  The rear door opens on the left and swings 
outward on hinges on the right.

I can only see the "hole in the roof option" in MY case.
