No holes or magnets??? Then she is out of luck unless she goes with a Larsen On Glass Kulrod..which would be a halfwave antenna...
IF there is a place on a fender, etwhere you use a cowl mount (basically a piece of metal bent 90degrees and has a 3/4in hole for a NMO and 2-3 small screw holes to mounts out of sight along the inside edge of a fender), that would be good..I have a cowl mount on the left inside fender lip of my Chevy Blazer...NMO150 for 6mtrs and it works great..and no visible screws! and no rust either (its almost 10 yrs old now)
