[Antennas] coax Cable Info Needed

The 50 at the end is the Z so its 1/2in 50ohm according to the 4-50 but what color is the jacket? Black or Blue? I will do some digging and ask on my LMR list about the FLJ....FSJ is SuperFlex but I am not familiar with FLJ Heliax...If its blue jacket, its flame retardant (plenum rated).
