I'm not an engineer. I'd try turning everything in my house off to see if it ends. Then try to use a portable radio to search for the source outside. Maybe a fellow ham or hams close by could hear the noise and DF it. I live in the country in Tn too & it could be in the power grid. Or an electric cattle fence.Or a neighbors yard light.
