[Antennas] Homemade HD Antenna

Most do if in same band (max power for digital UHFs are 1MW vs 5MW for
analog) because power density is equal across a ATSC channel...whereas it is
NOT across a NTSC channel.
BUT some stations may see an increase (depending on a loophole in Part 73
rules)..some stations will see a LOW ERP (any lowband channels, 2-6, staying
are at 3-10KW max vs their old 100KW analog)

Our station will reduce power when the convert, new power will be 70 percent
of present power. Wonder if most stations will also reduce power?
