There is an exceptions to your "reality".
In an RV (Motorhome/Trailer) the Neutral and Ground in the built in service
panel should NOT be bonded together. The only place they are to be bonded
together is at the power source on the pole. I would suspect this might also
apply to portable office buildings and mobile homes.
