[Antennas] Statement of fact about power system grounds.

Hello,

This is a statement of which I will stick to in any situation.

In a properly installed power distribution system there shall be no current flow to ground unless there is a leakage to ground in a load device or wiring which would be classified as a ground fault.

A ground system should never be used for return circuit of a load in a AC power distribution system.

All current drawn by the loads should either flow through the return above ground legs of the power system of in the instance of a system with a neutral return wire the unbalanced current in the circuit should flow through the neutral.
