[Antennas] Ground rod questions (Ground currents)

We have not gotten to those sort of changes here in Virginia YET.

We probably will as the codes are shifting from local/national to 
International Code.

I know it has started for building houses a couple of years ago.

So far the Electrical Code is still founded in the NEC.
