If you can site the antenna somewhere reasonably close to the center of the
perimeter and connect the ground to that lightning protection setup you'll
have a wonderful setup!

Ok, I got a similar question for y'all. Hopefully the same answer. :-)
A HF6V, but on top of a 6-story flat-roof building, that has an
electrical (lightning) wiring system on top. I do think I need to
connect the ground to the wiring system, but would I still need to
run counterpoise wiring? The wiring system runs in the 4 cardinal
directions for about 100' north-to-south, and about 300' east-west.
