[Antennas] Statement of fact about power system grounds.

All 120/240V electric clothes dryers with 3 prong plugs violate your
"rule" and were legal as new installations under the
electrical code until recently. The code specifically said
dryers are an exception. Existing installations
continue to be legal. Have you rewired your own dryer
with a 4 prong plug?
