[Antennas] Need EZNEC model for 80m antenna by N6LF

Does anyone have an EZNEC model for the 80 meter broadband 
antenna designed by Rudy Severns, N6LF, that appeared in 
the July 1995 QST (it also is in the ARRL's "Simple and 
Easy Antennas" book currently). He doesn't have one and my 
EZNEC skills aren't up to the task of modeling it myself 
but I have EZNEC 4.0. Help will be appreciated.
