[Antennas] Coax strip tools

Cablematic by Utility Tool Corp. UT-8000 for RG-8. Other versions for
different sizes of coax. I've had mine a long time, but I recently saw them
in an HRO catalog.

It looks like a 1" metal tube with coax sized holes in each end. One end
stamped "this end first". Screw that end on to the straight cut end and it
cuts through jacket, braid and dielectric, leaving a clean cut center
conductor the right length for a PL-259. Reverse the tool and screw the
other end on, and it cuts down the jacket only (in a spiral-y kind of strip)
without nicking the braid.

You do have to replace the blades occasionally.
