Hang it from a tree, tack it to a wooden piece of 2 by 2, whatever. It has
been done, including the first spike vertical (4 quarter wave elements, each
cut for another band, connected together at the lower end and tacked each to
one side of the 2 by 2). Worked not bad at all with a reasonable ground
plane!

Somewhat off the subject ... but I am puzzled how you got a vertical made
with #14 wire. Whatever is or was holding it up probably interacts with it
and that could have something to do with the large change in length too.
Also, four buried insulated radials is probably not very good; a lot of your
power may be going into heating dirt.
