[Antennas] rotor

I have been given a TRA-4 rotor. This is what it reads on the bottom. I have a CDE TR-44 controler. Is there any way to make this work. They are both 8 wire. Both controlers and rotor. I do not have a TRA-4 controler. Trying to make this work. Any help
