this appears to be suspiciously close to the 'software patents' issue - 
I've patented 1+1=2  your patent of 2+1=3 infringes mine (or Bach has 
patented 'B# followed by E)

If the words are long enough, and the document has enough pretty 
pictures it'll get through the patenting process.

The *REAL* test is IF he's got he balls to try to sue someone. ;)
