The mix 43 ferrite is lossy and will not work as efficient for a voltage 
balun as the powdered iron T-200. I would be very skeptical of such a 
broad low SWR across the 80-meter band.

You may find this paper valuable regarding choice of ferrite balun/choke 
core materials.
